person are you at a party?”). We do not collect medical information or
provide diagnoses.
We share data only with providers necessary to operate EaseUp:
Hosting & storage: Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud
Authentication: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In
Crash reporting: Sentry
Payments: Apple App Store, Google Play (we don’t store
card details)
We do not sell or rent your data.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in the United States and other
countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards such
as encryption and secure transfer protocols.
7. Data Retention
If you close your account, we delete your data immediately.
If you are inactive for 12 months, we may delete your data.
Some information may be retained if required by law.
8. Security
We use encryption, secure transport (HTTPS), and access controls to
protect your data. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct,
delete, or restrict processing of your information. You can manage some
information in the app or email us at
help@easeup.app.
10. Children’s Privacy
EaseUp is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such
accounts, we will delete them.
11. Payments
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store and
Google Play. We do not process or store payment card details directly.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version
will be available in the app and on our website. If changes are material,
we may notify you via in-app notice or email.
